Deirdre is a graduate of Business Management with over 20 years HR, Recruitment & Selection experience both nationally and internationally. She is the Managing Director of a leading HR Service's company established since 1998 and is a former president of Newbridge Chamber.
Her experience spans both global and local organisation's with exposure to Multinational Best Practice HR environments. Her passion for helping people get the best out of themselves is contagious.
Deirdre is qualified and experienced in the use of psychometric and valumetric tools and works with individuals, teams and organisations to develop awareness and maximise strengths. Deirdre is a member of CIPD, IMX Global Coaching and Vistage International. She is also certified in ISO 9001 – 2008 and a qualified trainer.
Deirdre is a currently studying with Henley Business College (Reading University) towards a Masters in Coaching & Behavioural Change.

John has more than 20 years of
marketing, business strategy and sales management experience.
His business background, while mainly involved in Financial
Services, is also very familiar within the industries of medical,
print and construction. In all businesses there are bottom-line
goals to be achieved e.g. revenue, profit, market share. It
is the reason why an organisation exists. However, his main
focus has always been on how people (human relations goals)
can collaborate to accomplish these bottom line goals.
John is also a Director of Momentum Business Coaching, providing
one to one coaching with Executives and Business Owners, helping
his clients achieve greater profitability and enjoyment in their
lives, by working more 'on' their business rather than 'in'
it.
His work, while largely in sales and strategic development,
is mainly focused on helping executives (backbone) articulate
their positions in the face of others challenging them, while
also having compassion (heart) for those they lead, seeking
to understand their challenges, concerns and ideas and ultimately
making a major positive impact on the people they work with.
John is a graduate of Corporate Coach U Europe, which is ICF
(International Coaching Federation) accredited.
John is also a Certified Master Coach (CMC) with The Behavioural
Coaching Institute.

Linda is an experienced executive coach with over 18 years of experience in coaching leaders, managers and teams for improved performance and management of change. Linda's executive coaching experience spans a number of sectors including engineering, retail, construction, professional services, financial services, tourism and leisure, manufacturing and IT. This is coupled with experience of coaching leaders and managers from all functions, from sales, finance and organisational management, through to IT and administration.
Linda has a varied and broad background in business management having held a number of senior positions including Corporate Services Manager, HR Director, and Strategy and Planning Manager. Linda also brings a wealth of experience in multi-cultural teams and organisations, having lived and worked in a number of different countries.
Linda specialises in coaching leaders and managers to get the best and most out of themselves and their teams. She has a talent for helping individuals to work smarter, maximise their talents, unfreeze their blockages and unlock their potential to produce better results and become more productive in all that they do.
